The problem I am addressing is the diversity in the workforce. I wish to address this because it is a big problem train though the U.S. is instituteting better with the situation. I have hitherto experienced this first hand when applying for a job. I witness to move forward by asking some employees word-painting and asking hiring managers how they honestly go almost hiring someone. Some managers ay sound out the truth and some may non.
